• The name, date of birth, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Baji Long may request a copy of your national ID or passport for identity verification.

Withdrawals may be restricted until the verification process is complete. We collect the required documents in accordance with our KYC (Know Your Customer) policy.

To use Baji Long's services, you must be at least 18 years of age is required. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that online betting is legal in your area.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met first.
• If attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be terminated.

Placing bets on Baji Long requires adherence to certain basic rules. All betting markets on our platform operate in accordance with international standards.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Baji Long reserves the right to void bets if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled, all stakes placed on that event will be refunded.
• Any bets found to be connected to match-fixing or manipulation will be declared void.
• Delays in live betting are normal — bets are confirmed at the latest odds accepted by the system.

• You have the option to temporarily suspend your account for a set period if needed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Baji Long platform. If detected, the account will be permanently terminated and legal action may be taken:

• Bonus abuse or exploiting loopholes in the system.

• Hacking, phishing, or any other form of cybercrime.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.

Baji Long reserves the right to close any account at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. That said, we generally issue a warning first in cases of terms violations.

• You can close your account yourself at any time.
• Before an account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance (subject to conditions).
• Funds will not be refunded for accounts closed due to fraud.
